I am an engineering student so that I am very familiar with the word JUGAAD. I think all engineering students are familiar with this word, because at the time of submission we do JUGAAD, at the time of viva we do JUGAAD, at the time of project submission we do some JUGAAD.
On 6th June, 2016 I was at m classes and it was when I have to issue book so I was finding a book. At that time a book named JUGAAD came to my hand I just skimming and then issue it. In this author Navi Radjou, Jaideep Prabhu, and Simone Ahuja describe same thing which we know about JUGAAD, but here they describe this concept with respect to corporate world.
Here they are talking about an Asian entrepreneur who apply JUGAAD thinking for their innovation. Here they also include examples of Pepsi co, TATA group, Yes bank, Apple, 3M & so on. By this example they show that most of huge corporate apply JUGAAD thinking instead of conventional method to survive or coming up in market.
